We trust Doug to translate our efforts from the vineyard into the bottle. We've enjoyed working with him for many years.

Cynthiana grapes ready for delivery
Our fruit is harvested into Macrobins (holding 1/2 ton each) for easy transport and handling by the winery.

Deliver and Unload
Destemming and pressing after unloading takes little time. 2-3 tons per hour can be pressed and pumped into tanks.

C'mon. We're not going to pass a chance to show you Jackson, or as Doug calls him, "The General".

Cynthinana Post Harvest
This small block helps creates our signature Dandridge Select ™, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cynthiana.

On the road again!
We also have occasion to sell grapes to local hobby winemakers. People who are quick have a chance at pressing and bottling the same world class grapes we use.
